We defend
the rights
of early-career
researchers.
INNOVA is the young researchers association at the University of Salamanca and a member of FJI-Precarios. 28 years defending the people who make science possible.
Born in Salamanca.
28 years among these stones.
We work with vice-rectorates, take part in negotiation processes for university programmes and participate every year in Science Spring. Spain's oldest university and the association that looks after the people moving it forward.
A community to defend, train and connect.
Who are we?
Predoctoral researchers, postdocs and assistant professors from across the University of Salamanca. Volunteer-led, independent and non-partisan.
What do we do?
We negotiate with university authorities, organise events, provide training on research careers and promote science outreach.
Why join?
Access to the national FJI network, reduced fees for events, a voice in negotiations and a community that stands together.
What have we achieved?
Four-year predoctoral contracts in Castile and Leon · Science March 19-O · Negotiation tables for USAL programmes.
What we are,
told by us.
